1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and kvi8 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your access to and use of the kvi8 website located at kvi8.net and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, promotional offers, and customer support communications.

By accessing the kvi8 platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the kvi8 service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. These Terms apply to all users of the kvi8 platform, including registered players, guest visitors, and any person who accesses any part of the kvi8 website.

kvi8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will always be published on this page with the effective date clearly stated. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the kvi8 platform following any update to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, rule set, or promotional communication published by kvi8, these Terms shall take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by kvi8.

1.1 Definitions

• "Account" means the personal player account registered by an individual user on the kvi8 platform.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in a player's kvi8 account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free spin value, or matched deposit amount granted to a player under a kvi8 promotion, subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before it or any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Restricted Activity" means any action prohibited under Section 6 of these Terms, including fraud, collusion, use of automated betting systems, and multi-accounting.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

The kvi8 platform is strictly intended for adults. To register a kvi8 account and use any part of the kvi8 service, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be aged 18 years or older. kvi8 does not permit anyone under the age of 18 to register an account, make a deposit, or place a wager on any sport or casino game.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) using the platform for personal recreational purposes only.
• You must be accessing the kvi8 platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under the laws applicable to you personally.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list or have a currently active kvi8 self-exclusion in place.
• You must not be acting on behalf of, or in any way associated with, any professional gambling syndicate or commercial betting operation.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each individual player is entitled to register one kvi8 account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under different names, different email addresses, different phone numbers, or different bKash/Nagad numbers — is a breach of these Terms and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances held across the associated accounts.

3.1 Registration Requirements

When registering a kvi8 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a Bangladesh mobile number linked to your preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay). Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kvi8 login credentials, including your username and password. kvi8 strongly recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from the account security settings. You agree to notify kvi8 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. kvi8 cannot be held liable for losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

kvi8 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Players may be required to submit identity documents — such as a national ID (NID), passport, or driving licence — and proof of payment method (such as a screenshot of the registered bKash or Nagad number) before withdrawals are processed. KYC verification is conducted to protect players against identity fraud and to comply with applicable anti-money laundering standards. Documents submitted for KYC are handled in strict confidence in accordance with the kvi8 Privacy Policy.

3.4 Account Name Accuracy

The name on your kvi8 account must exactly match the name registered with your nominated payment method (e.g., your bKash wallet name or bank account name). Withdrawals will not be processed to a payment method whose registered name does not match the kvi8 account name. Players are responsible for ensuring this consistency at the time of registration.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All kvi8 financial transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). kvi8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, and BRAC Bank.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to the player's kvi8 balance within 10 seconds of confirmation.
• kvi8 does not charge deposit processing fees. However, your mobile banking provider may apply standard transaction charges under their own terms.
• Deposited funds are for gaming purposes only. kvi8 does not pay interest on any account balance.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, wherever possible.
• Standard withdrawal processing times: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are processed within minutes during standard banking hours (8:00 AM – 10:00 PM BST, UTC+6); bank transfer withdrawals (DBBL, City Bank, BRAC Bank) may take 1–3 business days.
• kvi8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Players who have not completed KYC verification may experience delays.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if there is a pending withdrawal request already under review, or if the account has been flagged for security review.
• In the event of a technical error crediting a player's account with an incorrect amount, kvi8 reserves the right to correct the balance, including recovering any erroneously credited funds regardless of whether they have been partially wagered.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

kvi8 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. Any player whose account activity raises AML concerns — including large or unusual deposit patterns inconsistent with their declared account use — may have their account suspended pending a review. kvi8 cooperates with relevant financial compliance processes as required.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

kvi8 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each individual promotion, as published on the relevant promotion page, in addition to the general bonus terms set out here. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are awarded in Bonus Funds unless otherwise stated. Bonus Funds are separate from real-money Balance and must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they or associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are specified on each promotion page as a multiplier (e.g., 30x means the bonus amount must be wagered 30 times on eligible games).
• Bonus Funds expire within the time period stated on the promotion page. Any unwagered Bonus Funds remaining at expiry will be removed from the account without notice.
• kvi8 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to the player opting in, if the Company determines the offer was published in error or is being abused.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Systematic exploitation of bonus offers — including through arbitrage, bonus-hunting strategies, or collusion — is a Restricted Activity under Section 6 and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all Bonus Funds.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New players who register a kvi8 account and make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus offer. The specific matched percentage, maximum bonus amount in Taka, minimum qualifying deposit, wagering requirement, eligible games, and expiry period are published on the current welcome bonus promotion page. kvi8 reserves the right to modify or withdraw the welcome bonus offer at any time without notice.

5.3 Reload and Seasonal Promotions

kvi8 runs regular promotional campaigns for existing players, including reload bonuses, free spins on featured slot titles, and special offers tied to major cricket events (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup) and Bangladeshi cultural occasions (Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, Independence Day). All such promotions carry individual terms published at the time of the offer.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the kvi8 platform, you agree to conduct yourself lawfully, ethically, and in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following activities are expressly prohibited on the kvi8 platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

6.1 Identity and Account Fraud

• Registering more than one kvi8 account (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering an account using another person's identity, payment method, or contact details without that person's explicit written consent.
• Allowing any other person to access or use your kvi8 account.

6.2 Financial Misconduct

• Making deposits using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after wagering deposited funds.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, system malfunctions, or incorrect odds displays for financial gain.
• Using the kvi8 platform for any purpose that may constitute money laundering or other financial crime.

6.3 Betting Integrity

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets on the kvi8 platform without prior written authorisation from kvi8.
• Colluding with other players on the kvi8 platform, including in live poker or other player-versus-player game formats.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting across kvi8 and other platforms in a manner that systematically exploits odds discrepancies rather than constituting genuine recreational wagering.
• Placing bets on matches or events that the player has any insider knowledge of, or any ability to influence the outcome of.

6.4 Platform Misuse

• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the kvi8 platform.
• Posting or transmitting any abusive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or unlawful content via any kvi8 communication channel, including live chat or customer support.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the experience of other players on the kvi8 platform.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Voluntary Closure

Any player may request voluntary closure of their kvi8 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected] or via 24/7 live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of any outstanding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to KYC verification being complete.

7.2 Responsible Gaming — Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to restrict their own access to the kvi8 platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period. Self-exclusion options range from a minimum of 6 months to permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, the account is inaccessible for all betting and deposit activity. 7.3 Suspension by kvi8

kvi8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, if the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has engaged in any Restricted Activity as defined in Section 6, or has otherwise breached these Terms. In cases of suspension for breach of Terms, kvi8 may:

• Withhold and forfeit all Bonus Funds held in the suspended account.
• Withhold real-money Balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the real-money Balance may also be forfeited to offset losses caused by the prohibited conduct.
• Share relevant account information and transaction records with anti-fraud networks and relevant authorities as permitted by law.

7.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login, deposit, bet, or game activity for a continuous period of 12 months. kvi8 will notify the player by email before applying an inactivity administration fee. If the account remains inactive after notification and the balance falls to zero, the account may be archived. Players may reactivate an archived account by contacting customer support and completing identity verification.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kvi8 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the player's use of, or inability to use, the kvi8 platform or any of its services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, revenue, or profits resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or force majeure events.
• Errors in odds, game outcomes, or balance calculations that are corrected by kvi8 within a reasonable time after discovery.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any banking partner.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's failure to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.
• Any loss arising from the player's use of the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

kvi8's total aggregate liability to any single player for any claim arising under these Terms, regardless of the legal basis of the claim, shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player to their kvi8 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.1 Platform Availability

kvi8 makes reasonable commercial efforts to maintain platform availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, kvi8 does not warrant uninterrupted access to the platform and reserves the right to perform scheduled or emergency maintenance at any time. kvi8 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable, but is not obligated to do so in cases of urgent technical necessity.

8.2 Third-Party Game Providers

Games available on the kvi8 platform are supplied by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. kvi8 is not responsible for errors, malfunctions, or interruptions originating from the software of these third-party providers. In the event of a game malfunction that produces an invalid result, the affected round will be voided and the stake returned to the player's balance.

8.3 Governing Law

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the kvi8 customer support process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
